Wednesdays @ Loughborough Wellbeing Centre:

-Sensory Movement Minis 16:00-16:40

Ages 2 to 6 years who may require adult support to particpate

- Sensory Movement Pros 16:45-17:30.

Ages 6 to 12 years, who may require adult support to participate

- Inclusive Dance - 17:45-18:30.

Ages 8 to 18 years, who can participate near independently with an adult nearby and follow teacher instruction

Community workshops

During the school holidays, we host a variety of 90 minute workshops for families with SEND to enjoy. These are available to all, without the commitment of weekly classes.

    A visual class structure to follow, with slight variations each week to rotate props and themes

    Parachute playtime to encourage teamwork

    Free play at the beginning of each session- a chance for children to adjust to the surroundings

    Short dance routines to learn and enjoy to our favourite music and themes

    Exploration of props and musical instruments to create and move with

    Learn a range of dance styles and discplines - covering anything from HipHop, Modern, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and more
