Hi! I'm Ella, the founder of Sensory Movement Space.

I love to dance, and I strive to give everyone to opportunity to enjoy it too. After teaching mainstream dance classes, I wanted to create something different that anyone can access.

For the past 3 years, I have been faciliating dance in the community to children with additional needs and providing bespoke sessions to students at specialist provisions and disabled adults attending day services.

Sensory exploration plays a massive part in our sessions, where mobility is limited we can enjoy movement of textures, sights and sounds.

I plan and teach most of our sessions, alongside the fun admin tasks. In 2025 I expanded my team to reach more people across Leicestershire
